This is a banger! It reminds me of if Pendulum and Flash Flood of Colour-era Enter Shikari joined forces with some power metal bands of the same time. With metal and electronic music being my two favorite styles of music, I love to hear them combined!

This is such a banger! Reminds me of if Beaucoup Fish-era Underworld sampled original Star Fox music in one of their live sets, perfectly captures that space battle atmosphere!

First of all, I love Underworld so I take that as a compliment! I can hear the Star Fox influences for sure but we were mainly looking at PS1/Saturn era shmups for inspiration~ I also dug into the Metroid Prime OST since it IS for a Metroidvania after all. Hopefully we'll hear more about the project in the coming months

[Frame Skip [SDVX ALPHA]]

This is one of the best techno bangers I've heard in a while, and love the inspirational vocal samples, they really resonate and blend with the melodic buildup perfectly!

Reminds me a bit of deadmau5's early stuff (like Circa 1998-2002/Get Scraped), a sound I love and I haven't heard much like it.

"Frame Skip" was mainly inspired by "LOST TECHNOLOGIE" by Camellia, and I also used several tracks from the SOUND VOLTEX BOOTH OST as a reference.

[Get Ill (Dirty)]

Had gotten this song recommended to me by Bandcamp back in 2021 and loved it, didn't know you were on Newgrounds! This song is total big beat banger and I love hearing new songs in this now underrated style of electronic music. Reminds me of some of Overseer's stuff, definitely on the hard edge of the style. Have you done any more like this, or planning on it?

I MIGHT have been subliminally influenced by "Screw Up" because I have referenced it in an earlier track of mine, haha. Can't remember what I was listening to at the time but I absolutely adore the SSX 3 OST~

I'd like to do more big beat in the future! I made something for the God of Rock OST that was heavily influenced by 90's big beat. Check it out, it's called "Off The Rails" :)

["Rythmic Speed" for Ace]

Such a beautiful melody, and those synths sound like they're right out of an 80's Eloy album! Love that little bassline at the end too, closes out the song nicely.

["Heist" for Jules]

My favorite theme from the original Pinball Breaker! The mix of percussion and xylophone kind of reminds me of the Sly Cooper games, really fitting for the thief character. Usually not a huge fan of MIDI horns if they're too high in the mix, but the lower pitch sound they have here sounds really good and pairs nicely with the rest of the instruments.
